Windows 11 Hi! I need help with my windows pin. I tried but I’m unable to log in or change the pin

I tried logging into my laptop and it asked for the pin instead of a fringerprint. I tried but neither my password nor forgot pin work. I contacted my laptop company they checked and said it is not a system issue but windows issue. Please can you help me set up a new pin and log into my system.
