Windows 11 Hi, I recently tried tried to transfer files from a MacBook to Windows 11 and now the Windows Computer doesn't have internet access

I recently used an ethernet cable to transfer several folders from a MacBook to Windows 11 and now it looks like my computer's IP address has changed since I get the screenshot seen below. I am able to connect to Wi-Fi but I don't have internet. I've tried reinstalling the adaptor, restarting the modem and a full network reset but noting has worked so far and I still get the same message that the IP address is different.The thing is, I have internet using an ethernet cable but not with Wi-Fi so the issue is purely with the Wi-Fi.
