Windows 10 hi im stuck on safe mode on windows boot camp how do i get out of it please help? im on windows 10 bootcamp mac.

I am currently on windows 10 bootcamp for mac and my device ran into a blue screen and i dont know what to do? any ideas please? i tried self repair it failed.
