Hello. I, as I'm sure anyone who is computer savvy can tell, am NOT skilled in the way of the PC, however, I'm not a complete idiot either. With that out of the way, I'm truly confused as to why my PC, which I have used a maximum of 15 times with absolutely no issues, has suddenly been locked up with that horrific blue screen that's requesting a 48 digit key or bitlocker will keep all my files hostage.
