Windows 11 Hi, My laptop shuts down after 2-5 min of when playing even lite games like CS:GO, valorant etc.

My laptop is Honor magicbook 14 ( Windows 11)Specs:- APU-AMD ryzen 5 5500u with radeon graphics16 GB RAM512 GB SSDAlready did memory diagnostics test but didn't help.Its seems like when its temperature reaches 60°C, then PC freezes and restarts after a few seconds.
