Windows 10 Hi, My mom died and I have the computer I can access it but I need to remove her account and add mine and become admin. How to do this?

Hello I don't know exactly where to post this question. I built my moms computer and installed win 7 and upgraded to win 10. She is listed as admin on win 10. She died a while ago and I am just now getting around to cleaning up this computer. I need to get my account added and designated as admin and get her account deleted.. How to do this ? Thank you
