Windows 11 Hi, Need Help with this Driver and Driver One Subscriptions Is it a scam because MS customers don't need them or do we ? I've had this laptop 2 years

ok, to start PLEASE any and everyone be patient with me I'm computer dumb. I mostly do my shopping on here and that's it plus I also type slow as you can see lol. As I think my title says I have a few questions about this charge they are trying to get me to pay for the Driver and Drive One stuff. I've had this laptop for at least two years, and I've never paid for it before, and I was told that they only do monthly payments, so I'd seen the charges by now. I have also been told it was a total scam because MS customers didn't need it. So, I guess my first question is: Are they scamming MS custo
