Windows 11 Hi, what do i do when prompted for Bitlocker recovery key, but key on Microsoft website is slightly different than key shown on Startup Recovery Blue

Im not sure which group this question should go to. The key on my laptop ( the bitlocker recovery key blue screen) is different than what is on the Microsoft website in my devices. Which key do i use?
