Windows 11 Hidden taskbar behavior after reboot.

I use a two monitor setup with the taskbar on both monitors hidden. Normally there are no problems, and both taskbars display the date and time as I want. However, when I reboot my laptop, the taskbar on the external monitor (which I designated as main display) doesn't show the date and time until I go into the settings, uncheck "hide taskbar" and recheck it. Is there any way to make it so that it sticks to showing the date in both even after startup so I don't have to do that annoying step every time I restart my laptop?
