Windows 10 High CPU (>90%) caused by "Services and Controller App"

Hi Team,


Recently, my laptop runs extremely high CPU (90-100%) once I sign in without any APP opened.

It just seems some system default APPs are running in background and I'm not aware these App.


Please advise how to resolve this sys issue?
