I check device manager and see that it says that my Realtek is unplugged. ( I found this under, desktop-sound, video and game controllers)

so i then tried to update the drivers, no luck, then I checked windows for updates, no luck. so I uninstalled Realtek and went to my Motherboards website to get the drivers off of them, and i did install them but it still says that there is noting connected. I tested my headset with my phone, ( they are 3.5mm jacks) and they work just fine. I have also gone into safe mode with networking to try and fix this but its the same issue. The troubleshooting option under settings in sounds, doesnt work, it doesnt see the ports as being there.
