Hi there,I have had this issue persist for a long time across two different systems and reinstalling Windows does not seem to permenantly fix the issue.It does not always occur, though the only way to temporarily resolve this is to completely restart my PC, which is inconvenient at times.The majority of times when launching Windows Store applications or games, it will take minutes to launch and task manager will report 20-50% disk activity on the drive, along with a consistent ~40% CPU usage whilst this occurs. This high resource usage continues after the game is closed and will not decrease
