I've been trying to solve this issue for several days. I've re-installed drivers and changed every setting I could find on Google to try to fix it, and I haven't gotten anywhere. My PC just feels.. slow. I'm not sure how to explain it. It stutters.Some examples: dragging a window around the monitor, opening an application, right-clicking the desktop, and using the windows search bar. All of these can randomly cause stutters.
