So I recently noticed high latency and ping problems when playing video games after using a certain software to run said games. I've since deleted the software but I still get very high ms on all of the games I play. I don't think its a router problem as I've reset, and my family members (Who are connected to the same router) don't seem to be getting the latency problems. When loading websites however, they seemed to load at a normal speed. I tried a network reset, but this only seemed to make things worse as now my loading of websites has gotten much slower too, and in the games that I play,
