I have this issue where I start up my pc just fine but noticed high ram usage. It’ll start around 50% and sometimes 60% or more. I never paid attention to it after I had an issue when I was playing destiny 2 about three weeks ago and my pc started stuttering real bad and I noticed my ram usage was 99%. these are the steps I’ve tried out that sometimes help but usually reverts back to high usage. remove all startup apps. remove programs I don’t longer use. reseat my ram sticks. performed a memory diagnostic and found nothing. used CCleaner. update everything.c
