Windows 11 High RAM usage with no applications, I have 8 GB of RAM and tried almost everything

Hi, so I wanted to go back to Windows 10 but didn't know I could until after the 10 day period, and now I'm having problems with high RAM usage with literally nothing open, and I want to fix it so I can watch YouTube videos for school purposes without interruptions or having to refresh the page. When my friends tell me to hop of Minecraft I get around 50 FPS with minimum system resources and in-game settings. I really want to fix this issue, please help. Thank you. Here's a screenshot of my Task Manager. Also I had 5 Chrome tabs open for homework.

Windows 11 I just bought a dell g15 with 8gb ram and 3050 4gb graphics. I did everything with msconfig and startup apps but the ram usage still stands at 45/49%.
