Windows 11 High system interrupt and frequent crashes caused by controller error on disk that isn't mounted

When booting, my laptop computer is very slow for 2-5 minuets on startup. Looking at Task Manager shows "System Interrupt" is using 100% CPU. It eventually resolves itself, but returns periodically and crashes the computer. I have been unable to diagnose the issue. My currently lead came while looking in Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> System and seeing a disk error. The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk2\DR2. The problem the device seems to not exist. I ran the following in an elevated Powershell:PS C:\Windows\system32> Get-Phys
