Windows 11 High WMI Provider Host CPU usage, error involving IWbemServices

I am troubleshooting high WMI Provider Host CPU usage. I looked in WMI-Activity under the event log and I see the whole screen filled with this error:Id = {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}; ClientMachine = BATTLESTATION; User = NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE; ClientProcessId = 44268; Component = Unknown; Operation = Start IWbemServices::ExecQuery - ROOT\StandardCimv2 : SELECT * FROM MSFT_NetAdapterStatisticsSettingData WHERE Name = 'Ether
