I have a problem with the new File Explorer in Windows 11 (Pro) with all the updates installed as of today.When I open a new window of the new File Explorer I end up in my "Home" folder. Once there, I cannot create new files or new folders, the circled + icon is greyed out. I have read some answers where so-called "experts" suggested that a virus was on the machine. This is not the case since I have a very fresh and clean Windows 11 Pro installation. Furthermore, the circled + is disabled in many "tutorial" I see online.
