Windows 11 Home PC is win 10 pro, i installed on my notebook 11 pro and i can't get my account activated

I am getting error 0x803FA067, i checked the devices and deleted devices that i had from 2015. There is only 1 pc in my microsoft account listed and this is my desktop pc...The notebook wasnt showing up until today (activated it yesterday) It is only showing up in the main page /?ref=MeControl&refd=answers.microsoft.com but not always, which is weird.As an example: The notebook was visible in the front page under devices just 30 mins ago, but now isn't. If i go to Microsoft Store-Devicemanagment it's there and says limit 2 out of 10.Why?
