Hello. I'm trying to fix a problem I have where my laptop sometimes has flickering, horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen. I tried to take a screenshot to show it, but to my surprise, they didn't appear on the image. I tried to find an image online that looks similar. The closest is on this page (Question - Bottom half of Monitor flickering Horizontal lines ) but they don't go up quite as far.It's difficult to treat because, since it appears so intermittently, it's hard to tell if it's still there.
