Windows 11 Horizontal Lines on Display After Windows 11 Update

Hi all I have an Acer Spin 5 (SP513-54N) laptop that was working perfect after upgrading to Windows 11. However, after another update a few weeks ago, the laptop restarted and now I have these horizontal lines across the entire display. It's still usable, but the screen is half as bright as it used. It almost seems as if the vertical lines that complete the display have disappeared, except for a thin line at the top, which is still showing the right brightness. When I plug in a display to the HDMI port, it shows perfectly on the other screen. However, my laptop screen suddenly gets this white
