Windows 10 horizontal lines on my monitor

I have these weird horizontal lines on my monitor. How do i get rid of them? drivers are up to datehttps://imgur.com/vmChC13im sorry but when i try to upload an image it says "File(s) failed to upload."***Moved from Windows / Windows 10 / Geräte und Treiber***
