Alright, so, my issue is that my computer is now stuttering, a lot, and only when my disk usage goes up, even by a little bit, it can go from 3% to 6% and boom, stutter. Not only that, but it stutters and lags a lot when the disk usage is above even 30% meaning downloading a game from steam or something off of chrome makes the computer nearly unusable, as well as making using discord whilst playing a game almost impossible for me. It also appears moving my mouse only amplifies the stuttering. I will note it seems the lag is more affecting windows 10 and its processes, rather than apps like discord, chrome, or steam, whereas the stutter affects the other apps like discord, steam, and chrome, as well as making textures, images, and videos from games or my browser load much slower. This is coming off of a fresh install of windows 10, with hardly anything on it aside from discord, steam, zoom, and a few games from steam. So my question is, what's causing this, and how do I fix it.
