Windows 10 Hovering over the Wi-Fi icon on the taskbar shows I'm connected to one network, but the Network centre shows I am connected to a different. Which one

Title pretty much says it all. When I hover over the Wifi icon in the taskbar, it says I'm connected to one network. When I go to the Network and Internet centre, it shows that I'm connected to a different one. I don't understand where Windows is pulling this information from. Even after I 'forgot' one of these networks (I 'forgot' the TP-Link one), it is literally STILL showing up as connected when I hover over. This leads me to believe that it is the 'hovered over' connection that is mistaken. Images are shown below. Thanks.
