Windows 10 How 4 PCs can sync time with a server PC that is connected to internet? All are in a private network.

I have 1 server PC that is connected to the internet and 4 PCs which are not connected. All 5 PCs are also in the same private network. The problem i have is synchronizing time for all of these 5 PCs. Would anyone know what i can do? I need detailed steps since i'm not knowledgeable in Windows administration.P.S. I've done some reading up but not entirely sure what should be my approach. My current understanding is:Setup my server PC as a local NTP server.
