So my laptop has a broken screen and the only way I can access to my pc is with a monitor. But my laptop has a broken windows core(because of multiple reasons like being forced to turn off the pc during an update). And I can't access to anything while it is updating and yesterday the pc couldn't open for too many hours. Maybe it wanted to show the recovery screen but I couldn't see anything. What I know is, that it was trying to update again and when I hit the enter button, it restarted(I could understand that because of the speed change of the fan). So how am I going to reinstall windows? Is
