Windows 11 how can I cancel a pending charge for a subscription that I did not want/have not used?

I have already removed/canceled the subscription from my account, but the charge is still pending. I do not want to pay $175 for a service that I have not used and do not want. I'm also slightly confused about what the actual subscription is for; it only tells me that it's a Microsoft subscription.
