I know how to change the width, but my changes don't stick.
The default in windows is 4 columns, and 2 of them truncate the data in them and need to be widened to see the full name/data of these columns.
I have more than half of the width of this folder as unused, allowing me to more than double the width of each column and not have to scroll to see all columns.
I can't, for the life of me, understand why Microsoft thinks it's okay to truncate data when there is abundant room to not do so, but so be it.
There must be a way to change the default width of columns in windows explorer. Does anyone know what that method is?
Thanks
