Windows 11 How can I change the secure boot to enable?

I have an Asus laptop with Windows 11, and secure boot is locked in the "Disabled" position. The following three things appear:Platform Mode: SetupSecure boot: DisabledVendor keys: Not ActiveI can't change the secure boot to "enabled," and I have checked that TPM 2.0 is activated.
