Windows 11 How can I clear the window defender scan history when it's show up "You don't currently have access to this folder" or "You must have read permission

I got malware from the office flash drive on Drive F: and got malware(Expiro.DD) from it I know because it's show a notification on the screen , Then I immediately unplug the flash drive and used the Malwarebytes and Offline Window Security to make sure that there are none of them left on my PC. But the notification still keep on my screen and I want to clear it. How can I clear the scan history folder when it's show "You don't currently have access to this folder" or when i want to set properties on security tab it's show "You must have read permissions to view the properties of this object".
