I get a Windows activation error with the code 0xC004F012. Frankly speaking, I have no idea what might have caused it. I have been using activated Windows for more than 2 years and today it suddenly deactivated. I had a live chat conversation with a Microsoft support guy, who remotely accessed my PC. (Actually, one of the worst support experience I have ever had). He said that he needs my product key in order to solve the issue. Unfortunately, the support guy didn't find it, so we agreed that I will look for it myself and contact him later. He gave me a number of our case to continue later: 70
