Windows 10 How can I delete removed keyboard languages that are persisting on the lock screen?

I used to have a few different language keyboards that I've since removed, and a couple of them are persisting on my lock screen.They don't show up beyond the lock screen, but this is still causing me issues.Since I have the Google Japanese IME (Which isn't part of Windows), I'm not able to use it on the lock screen, so it defaults to the next keyboard in my list--the Chinese keyboard. I already uninstalled the Chinese keyboard, but it's one of the languages persisting only within the lock screen.Is there a reason some languages are automatically removed from the lock screen and others aren't?
