Windows 10 How Can i Disable notifications when i change my volume

Since one of the recent windows updates I have been having an issue where whenever i change the volume on my PC if I have an app running in the background that uses the volume (i.e. a video on youtube) a small window will appear next to the volume level indicator in the top corner of my screen showing information on the video or sound that is playing.


is there any way to disable the window? it is very intrusve. especially when i am browsing web tabs
