Windows 11 How can I fix a mistake I made when trying to recover lost files from OneDrive?

Hello - I realized I was missing several documents in OneDrive a few days ago. I ended up restoring to a previous time and the files still weren't there; however, in doing so I ended up missing many more files. Because of this, I tried restoring to a more recent time, but I'm realizing more files are missing and I'm not sure what to do. Additionally, the items I can no longer locate are also untraceable in my outlook emails as well (emails with pdfs are missing). :(
