This problem started when I turned off my pc by holding the power button which messed up everything, when I turned my pc back and sign in to the windows start menu, it would not let me press anything and after a couple of seconds everything would go black except for the taskbar. The taskbar would start glitching, it would go away then come back instantly and it would repeat. So I decided to reset my pc thinking that it would fix it. I reset it but now I get an infinite screen of “Lets get a few basic things out the way” and after I click on the “next” button it shows the screen “Why did my PC
