Windows 11 how can i fix my audio?

whenever i connect my bluetooth headphones to my pc they either dont connect or are very glitchy and cut out every second or so and when i go in device manager my headphones are show as being hidden. also it isnt the headphones as they work fine on other devices and other bluetooth headphones work
