Windows 11 How can I fix my Minecraft Java Launcher on Windows 11?

I've had a lot of trouble with the Minecraft (Java) Launcher lately. Eventually it refused to even launch the game, so I uninstalled it. I tried to reinstall the launcher, but the installer for it just freezes after I click "install". I made sure to login to the Microsoft store with the correct account (the one that owns Minecraft), but no luck. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my computer, and all steps of the help article published on Windows Store Error Code 0x80073CFE.I am running Windows 11.
