Windows 11 how can i fix problem with intel(r) smart sound oed code 10?

I was updating my drivers and after all that, I couldn't hear any audio and saw a problem with said smart sound saying it couldn't be loaded. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the new version, but it didn't help. I'm not sure what else to do. I have asus tuf f15 gameing laptop if that helps with anything.
