Windows 11 How can I fix the greyed out options when I try to delete, format or create partition?

When I try to install windows on my brand new Acer laptop I can’t figure out why I can’t select a partition to download the windows 11 on it, I’ve tried formatting the ssd but couldn’t figure out a way to do it in uefi shell, and I can’t even delete, create or format any partition as these options are greyed out with the only available options remaining: refresh and load driver, please help me😭
