Windows 11 How can I fix Windows 11 Blue Screen Error: Driver Unloaded without cancelling pending operations

I have a Dell XPS 17 9710 model laptop. Today, September 29, 2023 I received a blue screen error message STOP CODE: "Driver Unloaded without cancelling pending operations". WHAT FAILED: nvpcf.sysThis occured during a Dell System Support Bios Driver Update. I've hard restart many times but am only getting the same blue screen error. No other screens or options to repair coming up.
