Windows 11 How can I get a refund for Windows 11 Pro?

Hi folks, I chatted with Microsoft Support (not sure if it was a chat bot or not) previously about needing to return Windows 11 Pro (license + usb drive). BestBuy said that they do not accept returns and said I need to contact Microsoft to get a refund. The reason I need a refund is because Windows 11 Pro is not compatible on my X99/Xeon workstation, even after purchasing and installing a new TPM 2.0 module. So, I use Ubuntu/Linux and needed to dual boot Windows, and since Windows 10 Pro was not available for purchase at BestBuy, I went for Windows 11 Pro. Unfortunately, after many hours of
