Windows 10 How can I get my farmville 2: country escape back?

I had to reset my windows 10 laptop back to factory settings and lost my Farmville 2: country escape game. When I go to the Microsoft store it says that I own the game and won't let me download it. How can I get my game back?<Changed to a question>
