Windows 10 How can I get rid of this bitlocker block I'm facing?

Hello, I went to bed last night without shutting my laptop (Dell latitude 5580) down and woke up to it stuck on the bitlocker recovery page. I didn't even know that existed and how did it even get on my laptop in the first place?I've tried all the troubleshooting steps offered by windows, yet nothing is working. I can see my laptop displayed on my windows account however, there are no recovery keys uploaded there. Now what do I do?I don't want to lose my data.
