Windows 11 How can i get the sound recorder file location so that it is downloaded to one drive?

Nymboida Yoga Retreat

It seems crazy that you cannot move the location to record. What is the reason for this? I assume there is one and that MS has rational reasons for what it does, when superficially it looks like a sloppy ill thoughtout design creeping into MS. I hope I am wrong.
