Windows 11 how can I get to be the administer account on Window 11 Home edition?

MS. I have a Lenovo Legion gaming computer with Window 11 Home edition. I want an administrator account to be able to install software. Please guide me on how to do this. Lenovo support could not help me. The tutorials MS provide does not work. There is no 'Family & Other User' option to choose. ThanksBarry Herr
