Windows 10 How can I leave and use secure boot enabled without getting the message "reboot or select proper boot device" when trying to boot?

When enabling secure boot in bios and saving the changes made, I'm left with the "reboot or select proper boot device" message. The only way my pc can see that I already have the proper boot device already set to first priority or seeing that I have a boot device and booting up is turning off secure boot which I want to keep enabled. I'm trying to install windows 11 which I can and run it fine but can not run my apps and games without enabling secure boot on the system. My pc specsi9 9900kAsrock B365 Pro4- Bios mode is set to UEFISamsung ssd 970 evo plus- GPT
