Windows 11 How can I log back into my Windows account on my laptop?

I've been trying to log into my account on my ho laptop but it says the account doesn't exist then I click "create one" but it says the email is already being used. Also, I got a notification that told me my account was gonna be deleted in 30 days if I didn't log in and I was never able to log in. I'm still not able to log in though even after trying to create new accounts using the same email.
