Windows 11 How can i make microsoft styled wallpapers in spline or blender? (im not a expert!!!!only knows how spline works i think!!!)

So i am making "OpErAtInG SyStEmS" on scratch.mit.edu. Also, i use microsoft products and i like all wallpapers. (all from xp to 11) ( i use windows 11 and it drives me crazy at least once a day. But i tried macos which drives me crazy when i open the pc and i tried linux which was kinda better than windows but the fun bit was missing. and i couldnt work on it and pick on it.)this wallpaper (?) here has a really interesting background. i want to make the same kind of wallpapers. anyone has a idea? i allready made a few wallpapers, here are some:Both were made in spline.To see my projects, go
