Windows 11 How can i make sure that my files wont be deleted?

How can I save my files when clean installing windows with a bootable usb. By the way im stuck in a endless blue screen loop and i cant do anything without a clean install. I tried everything resetting, system restore point, cmd and boot up in safe mode. nothing worked. Thanks anyways
